Favorite apartment in NY - Unresponsive landlord

Pros

This is my favorite place I've ever lived in New York Far more spacious than it looked in pictures Very little noise for the area Well maintained, nice shower, appliances, etc

Cons

With that said: The landlord hardly EVER responds My roommate and I lived here with a broken oven for the last 3 months of our lease because the landlord would not reply Floors slant but you'd be hard pressed to find an apartment where they don't, otherwise great place

Poor experience in apartments above Lamia's Fish market

- Great location in East Village

- Building smelled like smoke - land lord didn't provide wifi in Airbnb
