Loved my time here!
Pros
- Legit soundproof walls, couldn't hear a thing - Apartments had so much space! In-unit washer and dryer was amazing - Staff was nice, food delivered right to your door, good package management system - Great location
Cons
- Responsiveness to issues was sometimes slow, not terrible though - Raised rent by an obscene amount our second year living there so had to move out. Raised it $100 the first year, $1700 the second year.
Advice to the owners
Don't raise the rent by so much
