Don’t get reeled in

Pros

We love our neighbors, we love our doormen. The view is gorgeous. The pool while pricey is nice.

Cons

The management is brutal. They raise rents in the 18-23 percent range on every new lease and don’t let you negotiate. They market and keep trying to price the building as ‘luxury’. It’s not. It’s a nice place to live but old and not worth the current prices.

Ours went up $400 from 2021 to 2022, then another $500 2022 to 2022 (we moved rather than pay that last increase!). We had a 1-bedroom T line on the 25th floor. Hope that helps!
