    Really bad Leasing Staff

    Pros:
    Good sized apartments
    Cons:
    Leasing staff completely lies about inventory, pricing, and negotiations. They also do not honor referrals. They're extremely rude. There is always a price to pay and amenities are never free
    Advice to owner:
    Fire your leasing staff - the manager & his employee were terrible. They owe my referral $500.

    Nice views, close to the water, nice staff
    Cons:
    Had a mouse, exterminators couldn't get rid of it for 2 weeks

    Dont leave food out
