    Not great building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Used to be cheaper than the rest of the area but no longer the case
    Good location
    Cons:
    Apartments are old and unrenovated
    Management increased rent by roughly 50% over the course of 2 years
    Lots of package theft for which building and management are unwilling to find solutions
    Archaic intercom system
    Bad insulation
    Water pressure is not great
