    Management is horrible

    Pros:
    You have the supermarket on 2 Ave and a lot of store and restaurants on 3rd Ave
    Cons:
    They have a lot of rats, roaches and residents have to deal with mold in their bathrooms
    Advice to owner:
    Pay more attention to your property and don’t let your employees in the office be so damn rude
