    Pros:
    Elevators are sometimes clean
    Cons:
    Rats
    Water bugs
    Piss and human feces in elevator
    No hot water
    Moldy bathrooms
    Broken kitchen cabinets
    Housing does not answer to tickets
    Leaks around outlets
    Advice to owner:
    We are still humans paying rent . Might not be as much as others in new york , but we are paying what we can stop treating us like animals and help us out !
