Improvements aren’t a bad thing!
Pros
A lot of the community members have known one another for more thank 10 years. There is a sense of togetherness to some extent here.
Cons
A priority of this development should be cleanliness and it isn’t. The trash and overalls cleanliness of the area is not great at all.
Advice to the owners
The living conditions here are at an all time low, especially for the amount of money the for rent. It’s terrible. You have to do better in these communities.
