    A mixed experience
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Its NYCHA, free utilities & this particular project is in the middle of nowhere decreasing the likelihood of drama. There are a lot of old ppl too which makes for a quiet neighborhood most days
    Cons:
    Its the projects and it still comes with small time project activities
    Advice to owner:
    Accomplish repair promptly and effectively
