Horrible and Bad

Pros:
A handful of friendly tenants
Cons:
Rats in the wall, rude tenants, unkept garbage room, broken doors and busted laundry room.
Advice to owner:
Get the RATS OUT OF THE WALL. It’s an absurd sound to hear them running freely.
