    Pros:
    Alfredo, the super, is a friendly and helpful person. There is a patio where you can have gatherings with friends.
    Cons:
    Traffic during the mornings is crazy

    Well located and closed to bars and restaurants. It has a backyard in the back.

    Can get noisy during rush hour
