Unresponsive management, poorly maintained buildings and amenities

Pros:
An incredible view, amazing location, easy commute
Cons:
Management is horribly unresponsive, rude, and have hours that no working adult can attend. Units are poorly maintained and have reoccurring problems that won’t get fixed. Price is high for the quality of the apartments

Respond to residents in a timely matter and maintain your property
