Great building with amazing location

Pros:
Amazing location close to LES, Nolita, SoHo, and East Village
Well maintained
Cons:
Noisy if your unit looks out on Houston

Solid building management, good views but loud

Pros:
Supers are very fast and get job done, and very friendly.
Cons:
Living on the Houston side, noise is noticeable even at 10th floor
Advice to owner:
All around fine job, could update gym
