    Horrible mouse problem

    Pros:
    The building has a good roof
    Cons:
    When I lived here there was a horrible mouse problem. The owner and realtor acted like they had no idea.

    Roof deck is amazing
    Cons:
    Mice from the restaurant next door, roaches sometimes
