    Pros:
    Super is very responsive, building is well maintained and quiet, thru wall ac units, only 6 units
    Cons:
    Garbage is indoors on first floor causing hallway to smell sometimes
    Advice to owner:
    Nothing to add!

    Apartment can get hot but luckily it comes with an AC unit
