Nice apartment, bad management

Pros

Great location. The common spaces (hallways, stairs, etc.) are kept in clean and good condition. Feels pretty safe. In my unit, amenities such as in-unit washer-dryer and dishwasher were a big plus.

Cons

Management is extremely unresponsive and not handled well. Had to wait several months for work requests such as broken appliances to be fixed. Experienced some rodents/insects (a mouse and some cockroaches).

Friendly and clean but needs some repairs

Pros

Great location and every week they are there cleaning the hallways and stairs. Brandon is super great and always friendly

Raised rent a ton and the curling leaked in our apartment and took months to fix
