Pros:
People who live here really nice, super VERY attentive & helpful, laundry room usually empty & clean
Cons:
Next to a college - neighbors can get rowdy, but I don’t mind.

A great place to live!

Pros:
The Super lives in the building and is very friendly and responsive. The management company is easy to work with and the property is well maintained.
Cons:
The only thing I don’t like is the carpeting in the hallways.
