    There are worse places

    pest control regularly comes; laundry in building
    Cons:
    street is noisy; sometimes there are cockroaches; construction next door hurts our water pressure; have always paid on time and landlord is trying to increase rent 30% on renewal

    Front facing apartments get a good amount of sunlight
    The super is responsive
    Packages are always safe
    Cons:
    Laundry machines aren’t great and you have to pay
    The buzzer is unintuitive
    Recycling doesn’t make sense
