    Decent Building But Lots of Work Needed
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Very spacious apartment
    Cons:
    Very loud due to the tire shop downstairs
    Lots of issues with water. No hot water in shower, toilet did not flush properly, etc
    Mail often went missing
    Advice to owner:
    Entrance and stairs could be cleaner
