    Pets Welcomed. Rent Regulated.
    Cons:
    Unresponsive property management/ Lack of repairs.
    Advice to owner:
    Bill rent correctly, do timely repairs and cover gaping holes; which allows for rodents to invade the apartment,
    as per city inspection and issued violation.
