    No good things, bad experience
    Cons:
    Especially with the management, they don’t care about you people AT ALL

    Charming find on the ues

    Pros:
    lovely apartment with lots of space, good access to public transport. Was very clean when we moved in! Next to perfect condition.
    Cons:
    Super is condescending, doesn't believe the issues we tell him about. Also the management is convoluted, it's hard to know who to contact for different things, and we often don't get responces.
    Advice to owner:
    Make sure your management responds promptly
