    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The superintendent is pretty nice and very attentive. Neighbors are cool. Animal friendly
    Cons:
    Some tenants are not so friendly. The intercom system is outdated and terrible
    Advice to owner:
    Invest in a new intercom system ASAP
