The location is everything

- Location
- THE FRONT DESK DOOR MAN + STAFF in general. make my day.
- The view
- The location
- The apartment size + renovations
- The building is just great
Cons:
- Construction noise right now and no laundry machine. But I would live here forever anyways.

Doormen and maintenance are amazing
Location is perfect for a young family
Cons:
Management is a nightmare
Renovating apartments for 2 years, constant noise and some amenities unavailable
Lease renewals are crazy >30% increase
Advice to owner:
Consider the long term repercussions of dismissing concerns of tenants and you might not lose so much money to insane turnover rate
