Decent location, but there's better for the price. Also LOUD
Pros
Decent location, 10 minute walk to the E which gets you access to everything. Amenities are decent too, but you have to pay about $100/m for them. Overall, great experience. Doorman are great.
Cons
Super loud. Directly next door is a fire station, and maybe 1 minute away is a UPS distribution warehouse (so lots of noise in the mornings). Furthermore, near the NJ/NYC tunnel so lots of beeping on Friday nights. Also, the 2nd floor amenities reek of marijuana smoke from time to time.
