    Pros:
    Staff is friendly, so helpful. Building is near almost all subway lines, so super easy to get around the city. Quiet neighborhood on the weekends
    Cons:
    No service elevator so if they are doing trash, or someone is moving in/ out, only 1 available elevator to use.

    overpriced but a good place to live overall

    -facilities (gym, rooftop)
    Cons:
    -management
    -both broadway & worth can be very loud, lots of construction in the neighborhood
