Building was connected to a gym, food court, and was conveniently located on top of a Trader Joe’s and next to Union Square.
Heat was never working so constantly freezing in Winter. Floors are dirty, low water pressure, extremely expensive rent. Small space, poor lighting.
Clean and spacious
No stairs, water/ plumbing issues
Better relay when fire drills will be occurring.
