Pros

Good central neighborhood, management takes care of any maintenance fairly quickly, friendly doormen

Cons

Bit too close to Penn station

Nice apartment, obviously you get what you pay for

Pros

Doorman, view, floor to ceiling windows, big kitchen (for New York), new appliances, lots of natural light, secure mail room, elevators always worked

Cons

Doesn’t have a lot of character, luxury buildings aren’t great for the city, the flooring was really ugly lol
