    Great building, good management

    Pros:
    Management is responsive and kind.
    Doormen/Front office security are some of the sweetest people ever
    GORGEOUS rooftop views
    Cons:
    Can only move in/out on weekdays during work hours which is a HUGE struggle as you’ll have to take off work. They also say you can only receive large packages on weekdays, but we haven’t had an issue with this.

    Have to pay for the gym, but it’s at a good discount compared to nyc gyms
