    Great building, nice sized apartments

    Helpful staff, friendly neighbors, nice apartments, utilities included in rent
    Cons:
    Constant scaffolding around the building

    Doorman, near 86th st station, resident discount at NYSC across the street
    Cons:
    Some RCUs and seen some roaches here and there but nothing major
