    K&R Realty: Avoid at all costs

    the doormen are nice, the roof is nice
    Cons:
    the laundry room breaks. the management team is unethical, immoral, greedy, and deceptive.
    Advice to owner:
    Raising rent by 30% is a sure way to lose tenants
