    Cleanly, no pests or bugs, handy man was responsive, friendly doorman
    Cons:
    Hallways can get loud with kids running around, crying or dogs barking

    Friendly staff, gym in building
    Cons:
    While the building is in a quiet neighborhood, there’s been construction outside the building for the past two years at least. This causes me to wake up early mornings to jackhammers. Definitely very stressful. There’s also a Whole Foods below us, and they often having load trucks come in the middle of the night that beep very loudly. Also the water frequently produces brown sediment
