    Great luxury building in midtown

    Pros:
    Apartments are spacious, lots of natural light. Well maintained common areas. Great views from the roof terrace.
    Cons:
    Pets are not allowed on the roof, even if they are leashed.

    1. Central Location: Located in Midtown Manhattan, it’s close to many businesses, restaurants, and cultural attractions.
    2. Transportation: Easy access to public transportation, including buses and subways.
    3. Amenities: Many amenities such as gym, laundry room, yoga room, golf simulatorand rooftop,
    4. Safety: Generally a safe area with a good amount of foot traffic. AMAZING doormen
