    Poor management / no fixing

    Pros:
    Nothing is good here
    Cons:
    Everything is a problem ! The fact that til this day I haven’t had my door fixed when I had the fire department come 4 months ago no heat no elevator I have peeling paint I have a 4 year old so I don’t even know if I have lead is disgusting
