    Best apartment ever!

    Pros:
    Close to the bus system
    Building staff CARE ABOUT YOU and are so nice and helpful -- Genaro would do anything to help.
    Trash chute is large and well-kept
    Laundry is kept very clean and the app system is GREAT
    Deliveries are very organized
    Cons:
    The facade and terrace fixing has taken longer than they said. Wish it was done but oh well.

    Great starter apartment. Doormen are nice and responsive. Location was great
    Cons:
    Heat was high in the shoulder months
    Advice to owner:
    Property management office could be very unresponsive
