The management company is awful. Do not sign a lease with them. Look up reviews of Lalezarian - don't make the same mistake I did.
Cons:
Everything - they don't respect tenants' rights and are willing to break the law because they think there are no consequences for them.
Advice to owner:
Stop managing buildings. You are the worst.

Ok Building. HORRIBLE Management Company. Horrible Super.

Pros:
quiet, good neighbors.
Cons:
Management completely unresponsive to major issues and violations, including flooding and sewage issues. Broken laundry machines, near constant safety issues. Things as basic and standard fire protocols like making sure the basement tenant (me) has access to the stairwell in case of a fire is frequently and flagrantly ignored. Massive and regular flooding in the basement that leaks into my apartment. And the management company consistently does nothing or tries to make it the tenants' responsibilities.
Advice to owner:
There is literally no point in offering advice to this property owner. They are completely unresponsive and borderline (I'm being generous) criminal.
