    Pros:
    The amenities are good but not great.
    Cons:
    Super always tries to blame you for every problem occurring in the apartment.

    Laundry is large and official looking
    Terrace to sit for fresh air
    Gym
    Doorman and package room
    Cons:
    Gym very very small and they don’t repair broken machines
    Advice to owner:
    Fix gym machines.
