Wonderful Building
Pros
Gorgeous views, rooftop garden, Empire State Building, subways, Nice and responsive supers, very clean, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, quiet and nice neighbors, very hot water and good water pressure
Cons
Abandoned building on the corner where vagrants hangout (but it’s being torn down soon), intercom system is high end with video but hard for visitors a little complicated
Advice to the owners
I think they’re great, just maybe a way to shield the outside intercom system view from sun and only one buzzer push for both doors, not require them to buzz in twice.
