    Great place but poor insulation
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Well situated between the Q and the 6 subways, great door and maintenance staff, newly renovated lobby, spacious apartments and excellent neighbours. Has storage lockers and a small gym.
    Cons:
    Insulation is terrible - one room unusable. Expensive electricity bills.
