Great staff, great ammenities, great location

Pros

Great location apartments, where things work and everyone working at the building is helpful, professional, responsive and friendly. It’s my first building in NYC where things just work. Had a couple issues with small things in the apartment, all was solved in the same day. I really have nothing to complain, this is a great group of people working here and I’m just happy I moved here.

Cons

A bit noisy inside the apartments. Apartments have double windows, but still can hear a lot of noise from the street. Or probably I’m just not used to the city noise

Advice to the owners

Don’t change. It’s an incredible group of people that work here (great doormen, custodians, handymen, building manager) and it really makes me feel like living inside a great, friendly community. I’m truly happy for everything, having to live stress free knowing these people will solve any problems that may occur makes it worth the price, even more than the ammenities IMO

Amazing Living Experience... If you can afford it.

Pros

Super kind staff, personable doormen and custodians, and great building manager. Upon submitting a maintenance request, I would normally have the request fulfilled the same day. Amazing amenities (rooftop pool, basement gym, etc.)

Cons

Very expensive, price ($5,600 studio rent) is not worth the value received.
