Great building to live in

Pros

Elevator, clean, trash chutes on every floor, lots of light, no noise issues

Cons

packages get stolen from lobby

Former tenant·8 months ago

great location, bad communication

Pros

balconies, elevator, large kitchen, and great location. washer/dryer in basement option is nice to have.

Cons

In-unit washer/dryer is a joke, takes about 8 hours to run, sounds like a machine gun, and doesn't dry all the way. Management and maintenance are very slow to respond if they respond at all. They only show up when its an absolute emergency. 90% of packages get stolen from the first floor lobby area. Heat often doesn't turn on right away even when its below the required temperature, but it comes on eventually. Flex wall is basically plywood and cuts off all light from our living room.

Advice to the owners

fix the package theft situation. respond faster to maintenance requests.
