Pros:
Very young, lively, fun building
Cons:
If you don't want a lively building I wouldn't live here.

Good apartment, ok building

Pros:
Any issues had with the apartment (AC, water pressure, etc) are resolved quickly by maintenance
Apartment itself is nice/modern
Roof access is nice, but leaves much to be desired in the way of actual furniture to use it
Cons:
No doorman, so package theft occurs
Disturbances outside the building are common
