    Nice building in bad area
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Our landlord was great
    Had nice courtyard and roof
    Newer building on the block
    Cons:
    Surrounded by the hood
    Small units
    Some neighbors are disrespectful
    Advice to owner:
    Focus on noise issues and make sure the super does his job, sometimes he skips clean up or takes forever to repakr
