Decent apartment, bad management

Pros

- big apartment - updated bathroom, fridge, and dishwasher - nice doormen - never had any bugs or pests - decent price

Cons

- the stove and AC unit are ancient. The AC/heater is so loud that you can’t watch TV with it on - the layout of the apartment is odd, there is very little space for storage in the kitchen. Also the giant AC units take up a lot space. - the management company is bad. They take FOREVER to respond, take FOREVER to fix major issues, and are pretty rude
