    Nice views
    Large windows
    Great doormen
    Cons:
    There are some people in the building that smoke on the higher floors so if you live below you can smell is and sometimes the elevators smell of
    Smoke. This is a smoke free building I believe so it’s very disappointing
    Advice to owner:
    Uphold the no smoking policy
