    Good apartment - landlord sucks

    Pros:
    Rooftop, package room and elevators plus laundry in building are all a plus
    Cons:
    Laundry is more expensive than going to one on the street
    The landlord is unresponsive and passive aggressive

    friendly building manager
    secure mailroom
    snacks in the lobby
    Cons:
    lot of hassle when we first moved in, repairs that should have been done.
    apt must have been vacant for a long time, was dusty and worn down at first
    living near the daycare means hearing recess and kids screaming!
    i see the occasional roach when the weather changes, but nothing extreme.
