    Friendly doormen, responsive maintenance, great amenities
    Cons:
    Location is a bit far from everything

    Maintenance is always very quick, Doormen are great, very nice gym and well-run building overall
    Cons:
    Depending on your unit you may get a lot of noise from the trains passing by
