Pros:
Clean, comfortable apartment that I stayed in for 2 years. Perfect apartment in NYC
Cons:
A bit far away from the subway. Water pressure could have been stronger

Lots of the old tenants try to uphold a community culture
Lobby and gym well kept
Good kitchen appliances
Cons:
Witnessed 4 different neighbours just on my floor that were served papers, management likely wanted to up unit prices and targeted those on pre covid and during covid leases.
Gas and energy was charged by the building with no measurement or demonstration of usage per unit.
Large building invited unsavoury short term renters that were unchecked
