    Small gym, atrium and patio
    Cons:
    Poor insulation in winter and summer

    Quaint oasis in the middle of a hectic HK

    The super-friendly staff, safe environment, nice lounge and lawn in the middle
    Cons:
    Gym was too small and is currently closed, spectrum had monopoly on the internet until very recently
    Advice to owner:
    My landlord is amazing. I don’t say that easily.
