New building, virtual doorman, clean lobby, elevator, modern hallway / doors, nice unit flooring and walls, in unit washer dryer, full sized dishwasher, granite / marble counters, full sized refrigerator, “walk in” closet, large windows. Very responsive landlord and super as well
If anything, the shower water pressure is slightly less than ideal, but not a dealbreaker
