    Pros:
    Great staff, efficient trash management, never any issues with noises from neighbors. Wonderful building!
    Cons:
    Water pressure is sometimes questionable.

    Truly lovely building

    Wonderful staff and service
    Cons:
    Overpriced for apartments that are starting to show wear and tear and the lack of parking and numerous inconveniences living on Roosevelt Island.
    Advice to owner:
    Reduce rents!
